Originally designed to help manage Prescription costs
PBM's play no direct role in the distribution of Prescription Drugs - only the NEGOTIATION of costs
There are Three (3) main PBM's who control roughly 89% of the market*

Most "give time, when they haven't got time," and are subject to PBM Audits, Compliance haranguing and requirements that (seem) designed to force them out of the market.
